SHIPPING

Each item is handcrafted to order and will be shipped within 4 weeks. Please contact me if you need your order sooner and I'll see what I can do! Feel free to contact me via Email at sayhi@hannahharriet.com before you place your order to confirm when your items will be delivered.

Shipping is via Hermes courier. Your order will need signing for. If there are 3 failed attempts at delivery, Hermes will return your items to the sender, at which point you will be liable for the postage costs if I need to send the parcel again. Using a business address is ideal, if possible, as that way you can't miss the postman.

FREE COLLECTION: From Richmond, North Yorkshire. If you'd like to collect to save on postage costs that's fine. Just drop me an Email at sayhi@hannahharriet.com to order and I will email you when your order is ready to collect.

DETAIL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME: I love my customers to feel special and excited when opening one of my parcels, which is why I gift wrap all of my parcels free of charge.

RETURNS: 

All items are packed with extreme care, however if an item arrives damaged from the post, please email me at sayhi@hannahharriet.com to let me know within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, so that I can replace it for you.

As items are all handcrafted to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind or items damaged after use.
